Day 1:  Puerto Maldonado – Madre de Dios River – Monkey Island

Tambopata Eco Lodge Rainforest –Arrival and pick-up from Puerto Maldonado airport/coach terminal by our representative.
Transfer to our office to store unnecessary baggage for the trip.
Departure to the port of Puerta Capitania and board a motorboat for a scenic journey up the Madre de Dios River.
Along the river, observe diverse flora and fauna including turtles, birds, capybaras, and lizards.
Stop at Monkey Island (Isla de los Monos) to observe three monkey species.
Arrival at Eco Tambo Lodge, greeted with fresh fruit juice.
Accommodation in twin private rooms followed by a short rest.
Guided jungle walk to learn about local animals, plants, and ancient trees.

Day 2:  Tambopata EcoLodge Rainforest to Piranhas Fishing – Canopy – Zip Line

Morning jungle walk to explore biodiversity, including medicinal plants, ancient trees, and wildlife.
Attempt piranha fishing in the Gamitana River.
Return to the lodge for lunch and a short break.
Engage in canopy walk on a hanging bridge for a different perspective of the Amazon landscape.
Experience zip-lining above trees at a height of 30 meters –Canopy walk way
Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Optional: Night walk.

Day 3:  Tambopata EcoLodge Rainforest  toDiscover  Sandoval lake Wildlife Peru  .

Day 1: Arrival in Puerto Maldonado – Transfer to Amazonia Lodge

Upon arrival in Puerto Maldonado, you’ll be greeted at the airport.
Transfer to the tour office for registration.
Depart for Capitanía, the main port, where a motorized boat awaits.
Embark on a scenic journey along the Bajo Madre de Dios River, observing wildlife along the banks.
Arrive at Amazonia Lodge and enjoy a welcome fruit nectar.
Check into comfortable bungalows and have lunch.
Guided walk to Cocha Caimán, a small lagoon, to observe black and white caimans, birds, and monkeys.
Witness a breathtaking Amazonian sunset.
Dinner followed by leisure time at the lodge’s bar and game room.

Day 2: Lake Apu Victor – Monkey Island -Tambopata EcoLodge Amazon Jungle

Wake up to the sounds of the Amazonian paradise.
Enjoy breakfast before embarking on a walk through the primary forest.
Explore the flooded forest and encounter diverse flora and fauna.
Reach Lake Apu Victor, known for its crystal-clear waters and surrounding swamps and trees.
Visit the Amazon Viewpoint for panoramic views of the lake and wildlife.
Return to the lodge for lunch.
Afternoon visit to Monkey Island, observing various monkey species and other wildlife.

Day 3: Amazon Explorer to Cocha Perdida -Tambopata EcoLodge Amazon Jungle

Start the day with breakfast and embark on a new adventure along virgin trails.
Explore deep into the jungle to reach Cocha Perdida, an ecosystem full of surprises and diverse wildlife.
Encounter otters, alligators, tapirs, birds, jaguars, and fish species.
Visit the Amazon Viewpoint for breathtaking jungle views.
Canoe ride to observe more species around the lake.
Return to the lodge for lunch.

Day 4: River Gamitana

Wake up to the sounds of birds and enjoy breakfast.
Embark on a navigation excursion along the Madre de Dios River to Gamitana or Briolo River.
Swim in the crystal-clear waters and observe birds, alligators, and turtles.
Visit a local family’s agricultural site in the jungle.
Navigate through a winding canyon, observing wildlife up close.
Afternoon free time for photography, visiting the botanical garden, or relaxation.
Enjoy a farewell dinner in the evening.

Day 5: Departure from Amazonia Lodge to Puerto Maldonado

Breakfast at the lodge.
Pack belongings and board the boat for the return journey to Puerto Maldonado.
