Day 1: Puerto Maldonado – Monkey Island – Walking -Wild Trips Amazon .
Arrival at Puerto Maldonado Airport/Bus Station.
Transfer to the office for registration and luggage storage.
Transfer to the main port and embark on an outboard boat.
Arrival at ENAI HOSTEL, check-in, lunch, and rest.
Boat trip to Monkey Island for monkey observation.
Night activity: searching for alligators, turtles, and nocturnal birds.
Dinner and overnight stay at the hostel.
Day 2: Expeditions Sandoval Lake – Flora and fauna Wildlife
Early breakfast and boat ride down the ALTO MADRE DE DIOS river.
3 km walk to Lake Sandoval, observing flora and fauna.
Canoe ride to explore rainforest the lake and observe various species.
Return to the hostel in the afternoon.
Night walk along trails to observe nocturnal animals.
Dinner and overnight stay at the hostel.
Day 3: Canopy Walk Way-Zipline Adventures – Puerto Maldonado
Early morning canopy walkway adventure to view the rainforest from a height.
Zipline activity with instructor guidance.
Return to the hostel, pack belongings, and transfer to Puerto Maldonado.
Transfer to the Airport/Land Bus Terminal.
This tour is unique where we will appreciate wild flora and fauna up close and observe a diversity of species, our adventure will take us to have a unique experience in the jungle such as the Colgate bridges and the zip line and visiting the Lake Sandoval reserve which is one of the natural paradises that keeps many hidden secrets.
ITINERARY
Wild Trips Amazon – 3 days
Day 1: Puerto Maldonado – Monkey Island -Walking –
Amazon Wild Trips – Start the first day with an exciting itinerary that will allow you to discover all the wonders of this dog-friendly Amazon jungle – Where it will take you to the deepest part of this wild jungle.
Today upon arrival at the Airport/Bus Station of the city of Puerto Maldonado, we will be waiting for your arrival 30 minutes before -Then transfer to the office for registration where you can leave your large luggage in the storage room and take what you need for this tour -Transfer to the main port where the outboard boat is waiting to continue our exciting adventure in the jungle, observing different species along the river.
Then we will arrive at our ENAI HOSTEL, accommodation in your respective room, lunch and a previous rest.
After lunch we will take our boat down the river to visit the “Monkey Island, in this place we will observe different species of monkeys such as the brown capuchin, the squirrel monkey, the saddle marmoset and the white capuchin. All of them live on this island then After the activity we will return to the hostel.
At night we will have a night activity where we will go in search of alligators, turtles, birds that are generally found on the banks of the Madre de Dios River, for these activities it is necessary to bring a flashlight. With luck we will have the opportunity to see the capybara, which is the largest rodent in the world that can weigh more than 60 kilos, which is very impressive because the family caiman is very similar to the Peruvian guinea pig; Return to the hostel, dinner and rest in their respective rooms
Day 2 Expeditions Sandoval Lake Flora and fauna Wildlife .
Today we will get up very early to have breakfast and then we will embark on our outboard boat down the ALTO MADRE DE DIOS river, to the entrance of Lake Sandoval to register the group at the control point from there we will begin the exciting 3 kilometer walk (2 miles approx.) towards Lake Sandoval making stops and observing the fauna and flora very closely. This Tambo Pata National Park is the largest with the greatest diversity of wildlife. After a pleasant walk we will arrive at a small port where We will take a rowing canoe and our navigation will take us to the deepest part of this lake to be able to appreciate different species such as birds and monkeys (hoazín cormorant, jacanas, puma heron, eagles, howler monkey, squirrel monkey, black capuchin, marmosets). and lazy). lucky enough to see the family of giant river otters (which can measure more than two meters in length) that these species are in danger of extinction and appreciate the largest alligator recorded, measuring more than 4 meters in length.
In the afternoon we return to the hostel, we will take the same path we entered in the morning to the checkpoint, where our outboard boat awaits us upriver until we reach the hostel.
After dinner we will take a night walk along the trails where we can appreciate the diversity of insects, amphibians, reptiles, batrachians and other nocturnal animals.

Day 3: Canopy Walk Way-Zipline Adventures. Puerto Maldonado.
Very early today we will wake up to the songs of the birds to do our El Canopy Walk-Way adventure, which will allow us to see the rainforest from a different perspective, about 40 meters high. These bridges will allow us to appreciate living nature. and a panoramic view of the Madre de Dios River. and observe different species of birds such as toucans, macaws, tanagers, orioles and among others.
Then we will do the zip line, for this activity we will have an instructor guide, who will give a talk about how to use the safety harness during the zip line activity, where you will feel the excitement of sliding between the trees and it will be an unforgettable experience that you will take with you forever .
Return to our hostel, we will pack things and return to the city of Puerto Maldonado and transfer to the Airport/Land Bus Terminal.
