These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you and www.sandovallake.com doing business as
Sandoval Lake – Travel and Tourism Agency. When booking a trip, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions that describe, among other things, cancellation policy and certain limitations of liability.
These Terms and Conditions affect your rights and designate the applicable law and forum for the resolution of any dispute.

All persons wishing to make a reservation must be read carefully and understand the terms and conditions below.
When booking by phone, www.sandovallake.com on the website, by email or fax to the Company or its agents

SENDING YOUR PERSONAL DATA BOOKING – TERMS AND CONDIRIONS

To secure a booking of a tour package, you must make a payment of 50% of the total cost of the package is per person
deposit (non-refundable); the balance will be paid upon arrival in Lima, Cusco and Puerto Maldonado office.

If for some reason the exchange rate Dollar falls (as it did in 2009 and 2010) we will be flexible and accept up to 10

MODIFICATIONS OF SERVICES:

REFUNDS:Terms and Conditions.
The user who made the purchase will be the only one authorized to request cancellation or modification and the only one who will receive the refund. The amount reimbursed does not include additional payments for taxes and / or commissions of bank agents or international transfer agents.

VERY IMPORTANT (1):Terms and Conditions
We suggest you stay at an altitude (above 3000 meters – as in Cusco or another high altitude city) for 3 days (minimum) before starting the journey. This is in order to minimize the effects of altitude sickness.
Also, you can help your body acclimatize by drinking plenty of fluids, adding a bit more sugar to your drinks, eating foods rich in carbohydrates, avoiding cigarettes and alcohol and consume coca leaf tea (the traditional leaf Inka).
Diamox can also be helpful to ask your doctor for prescription.
VERY IMPORTANT (2): It is also highly recommended to get to Lima or Cusco (depending where you start your tour with us) at least about 48 hours before travel, there are often cases of strikes or other events beyond our control requiring us to start our tour ahead of schedule (see above Force Majeure).
