We have lamps The construction of our lodge and around our Amazon building is made of rustic and natural
material such as sheet Crizneja, and Lianas Trunk from the jungle. To do this we have the best building, Architects,
Civil Engineers, Builders, Carpenters, Laborers that are very professional using the natural materials from the jungle.
Lianas: greater mind is used to tie wood connections for that we know to be very strong and durable material lasts
for at least 8 years before it needs replacing. Trunk or Wood: The wood is used for columns that we choose is the
most durable and strong material and lasts at least 25 years in jungle before replacing.
Crisneja: We use the leaf of the palm tree to construct the roofs of the houses. We first cut and then weave. This is
principal standard in the Amazon to keep the lodges cool because the temperatures can reach highs of 98 degrees F/37C and at night down to 64F/ 18C.

Sandoval Lake Lodge’s location in the Tambopata National Reserve provides access to one of the most biologically
diverse areas on the planet. Together with the adjacent Bahuaje-Sonene National Park, the area is home to over
20,000 plant species, over 900 species of birds (more than all the species in the continent), 91 mammals, 1230 butterflies, 127 amphibians and reptiles, and much more in this reserve.
A visit to Sandoval Lake Lodge provides an opportunity to see some of the best rainforest wildlife available in a short,
economical stay. During a three night stay it is often possible to see six species of monkey (red howler, brown
capuchin, night, dusky titi, saddleback tamarin and squirrel), the lake’s resident family of giant otters, hundreds of
red-bellied macaws in a large flooded palm grove, and black caimans, the rarest of the crocodilians, heading out on

Mysteries of Biodiversity Amazon Wildlife.
That Tropical Rainforests Amazon Peru are dynamic ecosystems in a constant state of change over space and time is beyond
dispute. But it is the geography of an area where finding our sandoval lake lodge combined with the interaction of
vegetation and animals that encourages a biodiversity far greater tli.in is found in temperate forests. The absence of
true seasons in the tropics encourages a process of continuous evolutionary development that in more temperate regions is interrupted by the changing seasons.
Any disturbance tending to isolate populations is likely to promote speciation and hence biodiversity. Millions of
years ago, the continent’s isolation set up initial conditions for South America’s in peru inside the reserve sandoval
lake lodge unique fauna to evolve. Plant isolation encouraged by seed dispersal encourages faster evolution of new
species than the interbreeding of plants all located in the same area this reserve sandoval lake lodge.
Intermittent disturbances in the rainforest canopy therefore increase the potential for diversity. In the Amazon, large
and small-scale disturbances produce evolutionary hotspots. Forest gaps are ‘islands’ of unusual habitat that,
although sparse in a mature forest, offer opportunities for genetic isolation. Given this setup, forest openings and
edges are ideal places to test new evolutionary combinations.
Biodiversity in this area also arises through ecological specialisation.
Most tropical organisms occupy narrow niches. For example, only one part of a tree may be a suitable micro-environment for a particular epiphyte species.
Many animals can complete their entire life-cycle in the rainforest canopy, because a year-round supply of fruit allows monkeys, birds, bats and others, to keep to a wholly frugivorous diet.
Where winters end the annual fruit supply, as they do in temperate zones, the year-round strictly frugivore niches are simply unavailable; which reduces the overall diversity of these areas sandoval lake lodge.
The extensive river networks of the Amazon Basin are another essential contribution to greater biodiversity, creating an important physical isolating mechanism.
They can stop migration and movement, prevent interbreeding and promote isolation. The ranges of several mammals and birds stop at wide rivers, creating isolated populations
that can then evolve into new species. Small land animals on islands in the middle of rivers may be cut off from the main group.
Those stranded on floating mats of vegetation can be transported far from their territory and so establish new colonies.
The wildlife has invented wonderful ways to enhance its chances of survival.
The techniques of water lilies and orchids demonstrate elaborate mechanisms that ensure cross-pollination. Such systems allow individual genes to combine with each other in novel ways. Animals use sex for the same purpose.
suggest that the chief virtue of sex is the production of genetic diversity. New gene combinations provide raw
material upon which natural selection acts. Cross-pollination promotes genetic diversity: essential for adaptation to changing conditions in the Sandova lake lodge.
On the other hand, offspring of self-pollinated plants are clones, genetically identical to their parents and each other.
A population of clones is more prone to extinction because it lacks the genetic variability necessary to adapt quickly.
A varied population improves the chances of at least some individuals possessing traits that will help them to survive
in a changed environment passing on successful genes to future generations. This principle is the core of
evolutionary theory and explains, in part at least, the great biodiversity found in the Amazon reserve Sandoval lake lodge.
